Bayern are not allowed to play in red – jersey violates Uefa regulations

On Wednesday, Bayern Munich will play Celtic Glasgow in the new play-off round of the Champions League.

However, the Munich team will not be allowed to play in their red jerseys, as they do not comply with UEFA rules, German media report. According to them, the dark numbers on the back would violate visibility rules. The contrast would not be great enough.

In order to be allowed to play in those red jerseys, the flock would have had to be adjusted. But since this probably didn’t happen, Bayern will have to fall back on their second or third jersey.

What do you think?
