Sylvie Meis appeared with her partner at a gala in Vienna, where the presenter was honored with a special award.

Sylvie Meis (46) received the award as “Icon of the Decade” at the “Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle” in Vienna on Wednesday evening (October 16). She brought her new partner Patrick Gruhn with her to the event.

It’s hard to find love in public

But it wasn’t just her new partner that drew everyone’s attention at the gala in Vienna: the presenter appeared in a bright pink, off-the-shoulder maxi dress with a full skirt. She had her hair pinned up in a teased bun and combined it with subtle silver jewelry and glamorous makeup.

Meis thanked everyone for the award as “Icon of the Decade” with a video on Instagram – also to entertainer Riccardo Simonetti (31), who gave a speech for her at the event.

Meis has been dating the 33-year-old Berlin businessman and son of Playboy legend Rolf Eden (1930-2022) for several months. Sylvie Meis has not yet officially confirmed the relationship, but they made their first joint appearance in August at a charity dinner. Meis also recently revealed to BUNTE.de: “It’s difficult to find love in public.” But that’s exactly what the successful Dutch woman has now succeeded in doing.

Most recently, Meis was in a relationship with the artist Niclas Castello (46); the two married in September 2020 and separated in February 2023. From autumn 2023 to January 2024, she was briefly in a relationship with the Dutch entrepreneur Wim Beelen. Before she started out as a presenter, Sylvie Meis first became known in this country as the wife of the Dutch football player Rafael van der Vaart (41), from whom she separated in 2013. The two share a son, Damian (18).
